    In order to make sure we can help you, we offer a free consultation. We go over the your medical history including trauma, past surgeries and symptoms. We also discuss what the you can expect if you choose to continue with care.

    <h3>First Appointment</h3>

    The first appointment consists of a detailed case history, physical examination and a series of x-rays taken before and after treatment. This appointment is approximately one hour in length.

    <h3>Follow Up Appointments</h3>

    Our plan of care consists of 4-6 weeks where we meet with you weekly to monitor progress. After this period, additional appointments are up to you. Typically, we will schedule a check-up every 6 months to make sure you're still in alignment. Unlike traditional chiropractic care, months of weekly adjustments are not needed.
